Kamojang — 1,730 MDPL
On the border of Garut and Bandung, the Kamojang Highlands rise through mist and mineral-rich volcanic soil. This is where our arabica cherries begin their journey.
At this altitude, flavor takes its time — slow-ripening under cloud-filtered sun, absorbing nutrients from deep volcanic layers.
We cultivate these trees through agroforestry, natural pollination, and minimal intervention — allowing nature to do what it does best: develop character

We apply Anaerobic Microorganism Fermentation & Isolation Technology (AMFI Tech), our signature method to bring out unique flavor profiles
This process isolates beneficial local microbes to craft distinctive flavor profiles without chemical additives. Only the finest cherries — selected through floating method — are fermented in enzyme-infused anaerobic tanks and dried precisely to 11–12% moisture.
Our beans have gone further than we ever imagined — from the misty highlands of Kamojang to cupping tables in Tokyo, Berlin, and Seoul.
In 2021, our AMFI Tech-processed lot was recognized as an international winner in the Cup of Excellence (COE) Indonesia, affirming our commitment to flavor precision, innovation, and transparency.

Final Refinement
Ciparay Station
At our final refinement station in Ciparay, 6–7 kg of fresh cherries are transformed into 1 kg of premium green beans
Here, we apply a double-stage sorting system — first by machine, then hand-picked — to remove defects and ensure only the best beans are cupped.
Each lot must achieve a Q score of 87.5+, with our target being 90+ (Outstanding) to qualify as Specialty Grade. This level of consistency is rare — and intentional.
